高级做题最怕候选越写越乱，整个盘面无从下手。标注候选前，优先把能排除的数字清理干净，再填写剩余可能性，不要不加筛选全部记录。 更新确定数字之后，及时清理关联位置候选。如果盘面已经过于杂乱，可以重新换纸抄写一遍再继续解题。日常适度练习，不要长时间硬扛，保持清晰思路才是关键。
