据《队报》报道，喀麦隆足协主席埃托奥决定在2027年3月举行的国际足联主席选举中支持因凡蒂诺连任。
埃托奥还表示，自喀麦隆女足在8月16日夺得女足非洲国家杯冠军后，自己心情一直很好。这也是他自2021年12月11日执掌喀麦隆足协以来的首个重大成就。
