上证报中国证券网讯（记者 骆民）飞鹿股份披露向特定对象发行A股股票预案。本次发行对象为公司控股股东青岛君拓启航智能科技有限公司，募集资金总额不低于3.5亿元且不超过4.5亿元，扣除发行费用后，拟全部用于补充流动资金和偿还贷款。
