风芒能源获悉，8月31日，广东风电公司平陆、娄烦、平顺风电项目风力发电机组及附属设备集中采购中标候选人公示。
根据公示，3个项目容量共计200MW，标段一、二第一中标候选人均为明阳智能；标段三第一中标候选人为运达股份。
据悉，项目招标人为广东省风力发电有限公司，母公司为广东省能源集团。
