格隆汇9月2日丨中国有色矿业(01258.HK)公告，公司已向香港联合交易所有限公司申请，以仅限向专业投资者(定义见香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则第37章)发行债务证券的方式，批准于2031年到期的3亿美元零息可转换债券上市及买卖。预期债券获批上市及买卖将于2026年9月3日生效。
