加州议会周三晚间以两党支持的表决结果通过了一项法案，该法案现已提交州长加文·纽森签署。
据州参议员斯科特·维纳办公室的工作人员透露，如果纽森州长签署该法案，兼容系统最早有望在2027年春季在加州投入使用。
