希荻微公告，控股子公司Zinitix因连续30个交易日普通股总市值不足200亿韩元，将于2026年9月3日起被韩国交易所指定为管理股。
被指定为管理股后，Zinitix面临退市风险。若在90个交易日内，其普通股总市值未能连续45个交易日及以上持续达到200亿韩元以上，将予以退市。
这意味着Zinitix需要在规定期限内恢复市值，否则将失去上市资格。
