9月2日，上纬新材（688585）发布公告，核心技术人员程超因个人原因于近日离职，不再担任公司任何职务。
公告指出，程超在任职期间参与的专利等知识产权均为职务成果，所有权归属于公司或其子公司，且不存在相关的纠纷或潜在纠纷。
2026年中期，上纬新材实现收入8.03亿元，归母净利润-1.67亿元。
