据安徽电视台《AHTV第一时间》报道，近日，安徽肥西的张大叔在家居专卖店以2600元购买了一台格力品牌挂式空调，该机型原价四千余元。 安装后，家人调试发现空调外机生产日期为2018年11月，距今已近8年，机身缝隙也留有疑似油灰痕迹。张大叔向门店提出退换货，但门店要求他自行承担500元拆装费，双方协商未果。
