9月2日，*ST皇庭（000056）发布公告，深圳市皇庭产业控股有限公司所持1.75亿股将于2026年10月29日至2026年10月30日被司法拍卖，占其所持股份的96.51%及公司总股本的14.78%。
若本次司法拍卖及过户完成，皇庭产控及其一致行动人将持有公司1.34亿股股份，占公司总股本11.30%。
2026年中期，*ST皇庭实现收入1.73亿元，归母净利润-2.72亿元。
