2026年9月2日，融发核电设备股份有限公司（002366.SZ）发布公告称，公司董事会于近日收到证券事务代表车嘉益先生的辞职报告。车嘉益先生因个人原因申请辞去证券事务代表职务，辞职报告自送达董事会之日起生效。辞职后，车嘉益先生不在公司及子公司担任任何职务。
公司董事会对车嘉益先生在任职期间的贡献表示感谢，并将尽快聘任符合任职资格的人员担任证券事务代表。
