格隆汇9月2日｜英国石油正式任命Ian Tyler为主席，此前其前任主席Albert Manifold突然遭解职，引发公司领导层动荡。Tyler于去年4月加入公司董事会担任非执行董事，并于5月26日获委任为临时主席。英国石油高级独立董事Dame Amanda Blanc周三表示，Ian具备丰富经验，能在维持良好企业管治及代表股东进行监督的同时，向管理层团队提供挑战与支持。公司亦宣布，Blanc将不会于2027年股东周年大会上寻求连任，并将于其职位继任人获委任后退出董事会。
