9月2日早晨，受降雨影响，浙江省温州市苍南县部分田地出现积水。亲历者殷先生告诉本报记者，当日早上5点50分准备出门上班时发现，门前原本的道路已完全消失，农田区域被水淹没，变成一片“海洋”，出行受阻。殷先生表示，自己在当地生活五年，从未见过如此积水情况。
