深圳贝壳研究院院长肖小平表示，近期上调房产挂牌价的业主明显变多。据调查，不少业主觉得未来新房供应减少，二手房会变得吃香；有部分客户或业主，向经纪人咨询如何办理40年房贷；需求前端的数据也开始增长，对比前一周周末（8月22—23日），8月29—30日周末新增客量增长6.5%、咨询量增长3.2%。
