据南京发布，8月29日，总投资约30亿元的创维智能电器产业园项目在南京溧水开发区破土动工，预计2027年7月投入使用。园区功能布局完善，主要建设内容包括：洗衣机厂、产品研发实验室、注塑与钣金加工车间、组件生产车间、智能立体成品仓库、原材料仓库，以及员工宿舍、餐厅等生活配套设施。其中，洗衣机生产厂房将规划建设五条行业最先进的高标准生产线。
