【雀巢达成协议 拟剥离主流维生素及矿物质业务】财联社9月2日电，雀巢达成协议，拟剥离主流维生素及矿物质业务；同意以10亿美元将主流维生素矿物质补充剂业务出售给Yellow Wood Partners。该交易包含七个品牌以及美国自有品牌膳食补充剂业务。交易预计于2027年上半年完成。
