美国劳工统计局9月1日公布数据显示，美国7月职位空缺数为730万，较6月基本持平，职位空缺率为4.4%。7月招聘人数为510万，招聘率为3.2%，同样基本不变。
7月离职总人数为510万，其中主动离职人数为310万，主动离职率为1.9%；裁员及解雇人数为170万，裁员及解雇率为1.0%，均较6月基本持平。6月职位空缺数下修17.7万至720万。
