9月1日，诺基亚宣布在沙特阿拉伯利雅得开设该公司在沙特的首个研发中心，重点开发AI驱动的网络自动化和编排软件，为沙特及全球客户提供服务。诺基亚表示，该中心将重点研发服务管理与编排（SMO）、自组织网络（SON）、Autopilot及rApps等技术。
