9月1日，中远海能（600026/01138）发布公告，王威因工作岗位变动，自愿辞去公司非执行董事和董事会审计委员会委员职务。辞职后，王威不在公司及控股子公司任职。
2026年中期，中远海能实现收入151.46亿元，归母净利润45.45亿元。
