9月1日，天山股份（000877.SZ）公告，公司此前披露拟公开挂牌转让子公司下属7条水泥熟料生产线产能指标，拟挂牌指标合计17850t/d，折合535.5万吨。本次公告显示，其中5条产能指标已挂牌成交，最终成交总金额1.57亿元，交易方已签署交易合同并履行；中材汉江水泥股份有限公司产能指标尚未挂牌，运城中联水泥有限公司产能指标仍在挂牌中。
