9月1日，渤海轮渡（603167）发布公告，控股股东辽渔集团解除质押股份5874万股，占其所持股份的47.83%及公司总股本的12.52%，截至公告披露日，其累计质押股份已全部解除。
2026年中期，渤海轮渡实现收入7.22亿元，归母净利润5477万元。
