【维他奶国际：8月回购注销54.2万股股份】 维他奶国际公告称，截至2026年8月31日，公司已发行普通股（不含库存股）为10.18亿股，较上月减少54.2万股，库存股数量为0。2026年8月13日，公司注销此前购回的54.2万股普通股；8月25日、27日、28日及31日合计购回77.4万股普通股，截至8月底尚未注销。本月内无因股份期权行权等事项产生的股份变动，公司符合25%的最低公众持股量要求。
