Former Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan Djoomart Otorbaev told CGTN's Wang Guan that the SCO is a "unique organization." He said its members can look beyond differences in political systems and economic models and pursue win-win outcomes through dialogue, connectivity and pragmatism. He also stressed that greater independence and reliance on their own strengths can help drive development and prosperity across the region.
