海安市气象台2026年09月01日12时56分升级发布暴雨黄色预警信号：目前我市开发区已出现小时雨强40毫米以上短时强降水，预计今天中午到夜里我市部分地区和沿岸海区，尤其是开发区将出现6小时100毫米以上的强降水，局地并伴有雷电、40-60毫米/小时的短时强降水和7-9级雷暴大风等强对流天气，请注意防范。（预警信息来源：国家预警信息发布中心）
