中国经济网上海9月1日综合报道 据“上海杨浦”微信公众号消息，上海市杨浦区8月31日召开全区领导干部会议，市委常委、组织部部长张为出席会议并讲话。市委决定：周海鹰同志任中共杨浦区委书记。
周海鹰，男，1971年10月生，汉族，中共党员，研究生，工学硕士，工程师。此前担任杨浦区委副书记、区长。
