日，755大真探发现，连锁日料“匠和风”“花潮”将菜单“鹅肝”改回真实原料“鸭肝”。调查显示，鸭肝成本仅为鹅肝的1/8，餐厅常通过打碎、调味冒充。今年4月上海已有商家因“鸭肝替鹅肝”被立案或罚款。律师指出，此举侵害消费者知情权。（界面新闻记者马越报道）
