人民财讯8月31日电，珠海中富(000659)8月31日公告，公司拟向苏州可得制冷科技有限公司转让持有的杭州中富容器有限公司（简称“杭州中富”）100%股权。如本次交易能顺利完成，公司将不再持有杭州中富股权，杭州中富将不再纳入公司合并报表范围。
