克拉玛依市气象台2026年8月31日19时28分发布大风橙色预警信号：预计8月31日23时至9月1日08时，乌尔禾至红浅一线大部地区蒲氏阵风可达10级，克拉玛依区西郊大西沟至217国道收费站一线、白碱滩区白沙滩至三坪水库、乌尔禾区黄羊泉水库至九区（包括百口泉）等风口地区蒲氏阵风将达到11级及以上，请注意防范。（预警信息来源：国家预警信息发布中心）
