8月31日，三安光电（600703.SH）公告称，公司董事长林志强累计增持公司股份357.00万股，占总股本的0.07%，累计增持金额4985.78万元，本次增持计划实施完毕。本次增持计划原包含林志强拟增持2000万元-4000万元、总经理林科闯拟增持500万元-1000万元，因林科闯被采取留置措施未能实施，由林志强代其完成增持，增持金额、期限不变。
