8月31日，捷强装备（300875）发布公告，董事会秘书刘群因工作调整申请辞职，辞职自送达董事会之日起生效。刘群在公司仍担任董事、副经理职务，直接持有公司股份186万股，占总股本比例为1.87%。
同时，公司于2026年8月28日召开董事会，聘任王宫傲担任新任董事会秘书，任期至董事会届满。
2026年中期，捷强装备实现收入1.75亿元，归母净利润-962万元。
