8月31日，淮河能源（600575.SH）公告，公司控股子公司淮沪煤电有限公司近期与安徽省自然资源厅签订《采矿权出让合同》，一次性缴清全部成交价款2869.95万元，已取得不动产权证书（采矿权）及采矿许可证，依法获得丁集煤矿深部资源开采权及相应权益。本次资源保有资源量为8.88亿吨。
