8月31日，宇通客车（600066）发布公告，王学民因个人原因申请辞任董事，之后不在公司继续任职。
同时，公司召开会议，同意提名李会展为董事候选人并提交公司股东会审议，任期自股东会通过之日起至第十二届董事会届满之日止。
2026年中期，宇通客车实现收入167.19亿元，归母净利润18.67亿元。
