据央视新闻报道，日前，索尼音乐和华纳音乐旗下子公司，起诉美国人工智能公司安特罗匹克，指控其大规模侵犯音乐作品版权，并将相关作品用于训练AI模型。
原告称，Anthropic的行为是“有史以来规模最大、最明目张胆的持续性知识产权盗窃行为之一”，并要求就每部被侵权的音乐作品支付最高15万美元的赔偿。此前，Anthropic已面临多个领域的多起版权侵权诉讼。去年9月，Anthropic与一些作家和出版商达成15亿美元的版权和解协议。
