近日，贵州遵义市正安县人民政府网站发布“正安西南水泥有限公司4033t/d熟料智能环保新型干法生产线置换产能补齐项目生态环境影响评价公众参与首次公示 ”。
建设规模及内容：贵州兴义西南水泥有限公司将2000t/d熟料水泥生产线中的1250t/d产能，通过1.5：1置换比例减量置换产能833t/d，出让给正安西南水泥有限公司3200t/d熟料水泥生产线，置换后正安西南水泥有限公司熟料水泥生产线产能由3200t/d增至4033t/d。
