中国青年报客户端杭州8月28日电（中青报·中青网记者 李剑平）今天8时05分前后，今年第18号“沙德尔”台风在浙江省台州玉环市坎门街道沿海登陆。一个小时后，“沙德尔”台风于9时10分在温州市龙湾区沿海再次登陆。玉环、龙湾、龙港、乐清等沿海县市区的党员干部和公安民警，对受困群众展开救援行动，消除道路安全隐患，全面恢复生产、生活。
