北京商报讯（记者 刘宇阳 实习记者 王思奕）8月28日，中基协发布公告表示，经查，深圳晟玺股权投资基⾦管理企业（有限合伙）（以下简称"深圳晟玺"）存在向投资者承诺本⾦或者收益；未及时向协会更新相关信息的问题。
中基协表示，上述情形违反相关规定，决定对深圳晟玺进行公开谴责。
