8月28日，联发科公告称，公司以比价及议价方式向大综电脑系统有限公司、鼎原科技股份有限公司采购营业设备一批，交易总金额为28.3亿元台币，交易对方均为非关联方。公司表示，本次交易设备将用于营运，付款条件依合约执行，价格参考供应商报价及市场行情。
