8月28日，杭州西湖风景名胜区管理委员会发布公告：
自8月29日（星期六）起，西湖风景名胜区所属全部公园景点、博物馆（纪念馆）恢复正常对外开放；西湖群山游步道解除临时封控；西湖游船、环湖观光电瓶车、夜游游览项目恢复正常运营；西湖音乐喷泉恢复常规喷放。
