据中国地震台网正式测定，北京时间2026年8月28日13时13分在四川内江市隆昌市发生5.1级地震，震源深度6公里，震中位于北纬29.23度，东经105.22度。
地震发生后，四川省地震局迅即启动四川隆昌5.1级地震三级应急响应。同时，指派自贡地震监测中心站四人作为先期工作组赶赴现场开展应急处置工作。
