8月27日，赢创工业集团监事会召开特别会议，任命雷铁喜（Dr. Claus Rettig）为集团执行董事兼副董事长，自2026年9月1日起生效。现年66岁的雷铁喜已在赢创工作30余年，目前常驻新加坡，担任赢创亚太区总裁并负责亚洲业务。在另行通知之前，他将代行赢创工业集团董事长兼首席执行官库乐满（Christian Kullmann）的相关职责。库乐满近期经历了一次重大的突发手术，未来数周内将专注于康复修养。雷铁喜将作为集团执行董事，继续负责亚洲业务。
