智通财经讯，世茂集团(00813)发布公告，国通信托有限责任公司(呈请人)于2026年8月27日向香港特别行政区高等法院提出对公司的清盘呈请，该呈请涉及中国内地法院作出的四项判决而产生的判决债务，总金额为人民币24.98亿元。
高等法院已将该呈请的首次聆讯日期定为2026年11月11日。
