【SK电讯拟分拆SK宽频成立新公司 引入KKR等投资者注资3.08万亿韩元】财联社8月27日电，SK电讯宣布将旗下全资子公司SK宽频分拆为存续公司SK宽频和新设公司SK Horizon，并与KKR及IMM投资-Stonebridge财团签署最终协议，由后者合计向SK Horizon投资3.08万亿韩元。交易完成后，SK电讯将持有SK Horizon 51%股权，KKR和IMM投资-Stonebridge财团分别持股29%和20%。
