中央气象台8月27日10时继续发布台风橙色预警：今年第18号台风“沙德尔”的中心今天（27日）上午9时位于浙江温岭偏东方向约335公里的海面上，就是北纬28.6度，东经124.8度，中心附近最大风力13级（40米/秒），中心最低气压为960百帕，七级风圈半径350~400公里，十级风圈半径120~150公里，十二级风圈半径50~60公里。
