总台央视记者了解到，国网西藏电力正在吉隆镇集结应急保电力量，截至今天凌晨4时，已到达抢修人员85人、发电车7台、发电机2台、照明类装备19台。
与此同时，就近统筹调配应急保电人员30人，以及发电车5台、发电机42台、照明类装备18台。
