格隆汇8月26日｜卡夫亨氏宣布，将于9月14日把股票上市地迁至纽约证券交易所。自2015年卡夫食品与H.J. Heinz合并组建该公司以来，这家食品巨头一直在纳斯达克上市。卡夫亨氏首席执行官Steve Cahillane表示：“迁至纽约证券交易所是卡夫亨氏转型进程中的一个令人振奋的里程碑。随着我们迈入下一篇章，相信纽交所是卡夫亨氏的理想归属。”
