2026年8月26日，诺力股份(603611.SH)公告称，根据《公司法》《工会法》及《公司章程》相关规定，公司于2026年8月25日召开职工代表大会，选举周晓静为第九届董事会职工董事。
公告显示，周晓静女士2021年12月至2024年2月任诺力股份科技管理部副部长，2024年2月至今任科技管理部部长。
