背景介绍：据《独立报》8月26日报道，上海合作组织峰会将于吉尔吉斯斯坦举行，吉总统萨德尔·扎帕罗夫将主持该国历史上规模最大的国际盛会。扎帕罗夫出生于1968年，毕业于吉尔吉斯-俄罗斯斯拉夫大学。他曾在2009年至2010年担任国家反腐败署署长，2010年至2013年任第五届国家议会议员，2020年出任总理、代总统，2021年1月当选总统。
