近日，广州市发展和改革委员会在官网发布公告，经请示市政府同意，批复了广州市住房和城乡建设局《沙面历史文化街区保护与活化利用项目建议书》，原则同意沙面历史文化街区保护与活化利用项目建设。项目总投资估算达533563万元，建设工期60个月。
