8月21日，国家金融监督管理总局潍坊监管分局行政处罚信息公开表显示，山东汇联保险经纪有限公司因与非法从事保险中介业务的机构发生保险经纪业务往来，未按规定建立业务档案，未按规定进行公示、公告被通报批评，警告，罚款3.5万元；责任人姜某刚被警告，罚款1.5万元。
