新华社海口8月25日电 根据海南省气象局最新消息，台风“紫檀”（热带风暴级）已于25日18时40分前后在海南省昌江黎族自治县昌化镇沿海地区登陆，登陆时中心附近最大风力8级（20米/秒），中心最低气压993百帕。
预计，“紫檀”将沿着昌江、儋州、临高沿海陆地向东北方向移动，强度缓慢减弱，之后逐渐向雷州半岛一带沿海靠近。
